We deliver to the Perth metropolitan area. Any order that includes a custom vanity is delivered free. For orders that don't include a custom vanity, a minimum order value applies for delivery and is shown at checkout.

How It Works
Because every Luma vanity is made to order, delivery timeframes depend on your specific configuration. Once your vanity is ready, our team will contact you to arrange a delivery time that suits you.

Cost
Free on any order that includes a custom vanity. For orders without a custom vanity, a minimum order value applies for delivery and is shown at checkout.
Scheduling
We'll contact you once your order is ready to arrange a delivery window. We don't deliver unannounced.
On the Day
Your vanity will be delivered to your door. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and inspect the goods.
When You Receive Your Vanity
We recommend inspecting your vanity within 48 hours of delivery. Open all packaging and check for any transit damage, confirm the colour and configuration match your order, and make sure all components are present, including handles, hardware and fittings.
If anything is damaged or missing, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it before your installation date.
Luma vanities are made to order. We do not hold standard stock, which means we cannot offer same-day or next-day dispatch. The trade-off is that you get exactly what you ordered, built to your specifications, not pulled from a warehouse shelf.
If you're coordinating delivery with a bathroom renovation, let us know your installation date when you place your order. We'll do our best to align your delivery with your project timeline.
